At Lumen Academy, we believe that movement is an essential part of learning and healthy development. Our Physical Education and athletics program helps students build strength, coordination, confidence, and lifelong healthy habits while developing teamwork, perseverance, and leadership.
Students participate in a variety of sports and fitness activities throughout the year, giving them opportunities to discover new interests, develop athletic skills, and experience the value of working toward personal and team goals. Whether they are learning a new sport or refining existing skills, every student is encouraged to participate, challenge themselves, and enjoy being active.
